All items are shipped via Canada Post from St-Bruno, Canada.
Please enter your adress correctly to make sure the package will get to the right place.

WORKSHOP PICKUP
Pick up at the workshop located in St-Bruno-de-Montarville by appointment only from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 3 pm. We will contact you when your order is ready.

ESTIMATE SHIPPING TIMES
CANADA 3-9 days for free shipping.
Variable for paid expedited delivery option (calculated at checkout).

PROCESSING TIME
On in-stock items : We normally ship within 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed.
On made to order requests  : It has made one by one by Josiane Perron in her workshop. Calculate from 1 to 3 weeks of production time before sending your order.
We will advise you with a tracking number once your package has been sent.*

* Some exceptions apply :
On masks: for 1 or 2 masks free delivery is by regular mail via Canada Post without tracking and with a stamp.

Credits, Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, please tell us the reason for your return request at [email protected] within 15 days of reception of the package.

An exchange, a credit or a refund will be offered, as the case may be, once we receive the product back.

The shipping of returns is free and made with Canada Post or in person at the workshop. The following instructions to get your return label will be provided by email :

• a return authorization number
• your invoice number

We will not refund, exchange, or credit any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days of receipt, and/or that has been used, and/or that is not in its original condition.
